BREAD TOASTS WITH CEREALS AND LEMON SCENT

INGREDIENTS

(for 15 servings)

  • 40g Grecian Living cereals
  • 50g oat Grecian Living
  • 180g yogurt
  • 80g milk
  • 25g flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ φλ. lemon juice
  • zest from a lemon
  • 2kg baking powder
  • salt
  • 3tbsp poppy seeds

PROCESS

  1. Place the oats in the blender until powdered.
  2. Use a bowl to mix the oats, cereals, flour and baking powder.
  3. In a second bowl, place the yogurt, honey, lemon zest, salt and stir them.
  4. Add the milk and then the flour mixture.
  5. At the end add the lemon juice and the poppy seeds.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C in air.
  8. Pour the mixture into a floured-buttered cake pan.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes
  10. Remove from the oven.
  11. Remove from the pan and let it cool.
  12. Cut it into isomeric pieces, and place them in a pan with wax paper.
  13. Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes with air.
  14. Serve them on a plate with different types of cheese or cream cheese or cottage cheese.
