FRENCH TOAST WITH WHITE BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 slices of Grecian Living toast bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • confectioner’s sugar
  • raspberries
  • vanilla flavoring
  • honey

PROCESS

  1. Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla flavoring. Dip the bread into the mixture but do not soak.
  2. Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add the butter and vegetable oil.
  3. When hot add the bread and fry until golden, 2 minutes for each side.
  4. Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar. Serve topped with honey, raspberries and blueberries.
