MUESLI BARS

A quick and easy recipe for healthy, no-bake muesli bars.

INGREDIENTS

(18 servings)

  • 250 g Grecian Living muesli
  • 70 g tahini
  • 60 g honey
  • 60 g cooking chocolate
  • 40 g dried apricot
  • 30 g pistachios
  • 20 g hazelnuts
  • 20 g almonds
  • a pinch of salt

PROCESS

  1. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
  2. Cut the apricots in small pieces.
  3. In a bowl mix muesli, tahini, chocolate, nuts, apricots and salt.
  4. Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Cut into 20 bars.
