INGREDIENTS

  • 7 Grecian Living natural taste breadsticks
  • 7 lettuce leaves
  • smoked salmon
  • 1 scallion
  • lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • chives

PROCESS

  1. Wash the lettuce and put it on the serving plate.
  2. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest in a bowl and dip each smoked salmon slice in the mixture. Place the salmon slices on the lettuce.
  3. Add on each lettuce leaf a breadstick broken in two.
  4. Garnish with chives, finely chopped, and serve.
