TUNA SALAD WITH CAROB BEAN BREADSTICKS

This is a healthy salad, tasty and quickly thrown together with Grecian living carob bean breadsticks

INGREDIENTS

(2 servings)

  • 5 Grecian Living carob bean breadsticks
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 150g lettuce
  • 80g spinach
  • 10g dill
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar with honey
  • 20 g olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • juice of one orange

PROCESS

  1. Wash the spinach and lettuce well and cut. Wash and grate the carrots. Finely chop the scallions and dill.
  2. Place the spinach, lettuce, carrot, scallions, dill and tuna in a salad bowl.
  3. Break the breadsticks into three and add to the bowl.
  4. To make the dressing, put olive oil, honey vinegar, orange juice, salt and pepper into the blender and blend well.
  5. Add the dressing into the salad bowl, toss and serve.
